Marty Ringlein

Marty Ringlein is a seasoned entrepreneur, product designer, and venture capitalist with over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, design, and innovation. He is the co-founder and CEO of Agree.com, an AI-powered platform that streamlines contract automation, e-signatures, invoicing, and payments into a unified workflow. Since its launch in 2024, Agree.com has attracted thousands of users and secured $3 million in pre-seed and $7.2 million in seed funding to challenge incumbents like DocuSign and Bill.com .
Marty began his career as a front-end engineer and designer after studying Computer Science at the University of Maryland. He later earned an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and completed a professional development program at Yale School of Management . His first startup was acquired by Twitter (now X), where he became the company's first Design Manager, helping to build and lead its Research & Design function. He later joined the Obama administration as a Presidential Innovation Fellow, working on big data initiatives within the Office of Management and Budget.
Following another successful exit to Eventbrite, where he served as Global Head of R&D, Marty continued to lead innovation in roles such as Head of Product at Brex and advisor to startups like Clover Software and Capbase, both of which were acquired. As a General Partner at Adventure Fund, he has invested in early-stage and high-growth startups including SpaceX, Chime, Plaid, and Deel.
In addition to his entrepreneurial and investment endeavors, Marty is an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University's Segal Design Institute, where he teaches product strategy and innovation with a focus on generative AI, decentralization, and mixed-reality environments . His career reflects a commitment to human-centered design and a passion for building technologies that drive meaningful change.
